St. Joseph Energy Center

St. Joseph Energy Center is a 700-megawatt natural gas-fired, 2×1 combined-cycle plant that provides clean, efficient energy for more than 400,000 households and interconnects to the PJM energy market.
Vinmart Global engineered, procured and constructed this plant, featuring two Siemens SGT6-5000F combustion turbine generators, two Nooter-Eriksen heat-recovery steam generators and a Siemens SST6-5000 steam turbine generator with wet cooling.
St. Joseph Energy Center had a 27-month schedule, making it the most accelerated power plant that Vinmart Global had ever built. The 1.7-million-manhour project was completed on time and under budget.
